I was
first diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome when I was
in my twenties. My menses cycle was so painful and I slowly
starting to put on weight without making any changes in my
diet. Then suddenly my menses cycle stopped.
I
immediately went to the doctor. She did a sonogram of
my ovaries and saw tons of small cysts all over my ovaries

that I used to feel during my menses cycle suddenly went away.

later I went back to my doctor after changing my diet and
lifestyle and she said she had never seen anything like it
before. My ovaries had gone back to normal size and I had
